Payment procedures for domestic and other overseas shipping costs:

• After confirming your order, we will notify you of the actual shipping cost and payment method by email. Please complete the payment within 3 working days after receiving a reply on the payment method, otherwise the order will be canceled and there will be no refunds for the order transaction. 【Weight Calculation Method】
SF Express charges based on weight. The weight calculation method is actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is larger is the billing weight, which is used to calculate freight.
(Volume weight calculation formula: length (cm) X width (cm) X height (cm) ÷ 6000)

【Notes】

• SF Express will not accept shipments containing glass products. If there is any damage, the customer agrees to bear the loss.
• Before the goods are handed over to the courier, we will check them in good condition and package them properly. Glass or fragile items, in particular, will be wrapped in protective materials. Customers should consider the shipping risks before purchasing. If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, the customer must bear the loss.
• The mailing information is subject to the information provided by the customer. If there are any errors or omissions in the mail that result in the mail being lost or returned, the store is not responsible. The customer is responsible for the risk and may need to pay additional postage for re-posting. Therefore, when customers fill in the information, please check and confirm that the information is complete and correct.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the destination of shipment. All overseas orders are considered Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination, and product prices do not include any taxes and duties. When your ordered goods arrive at your destination, you may be required to pay all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes levied by the country and region of receipt to clear customs for your ordered goods. If the receiving country imposes any taxes or restricts the import of any goods, the customer will be responsible for the costs or risks involved. If the goods are returned due to customs inspection, all paid goods will not be refunded. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with local customs import regulations before ordering goods.

【Email Tracking】

• If you choose to use SF Express to deliver your purchased goods, we will update the email number in the order record after shipping. Customers can use the number to track the status of the email.
• ​If you choose to use Hong Kong Post to ship your purchased goods, the mail tracking number will be provided according to the service needs of the customer's choice.
