Return and exchange policy

The return and exchange policy is subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of HK Goldmark . Thank you for visiting our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete and keep the receipt or order email for your records. If there is any problem, you can return the product within 7 days after signing for it . It will not be accepted after the deadline. Please contact our customer service representative before returning or exchanging the product . The contact methods are listed at the bottom of this page . Except for products that can be returned if they have defects or quality issues , returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product has been opened or damaged due to human factors, or if the packaging is damaged and incomplete, etc.

Eligible for return / exchange : 

  1. Process returns within 7 days after signing for the goods
  2. Goods have not been used
  3. The packaging of the goods is not damaged
  4. With our receipt/e-receipt

Things to note:

  1. The information and pictures are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail .
  2. After the order is successfully placed and payment is completed, the system will generally deliver the product within the date described in the product content based on the shipping address and payment time you filled in.
  3. Actual delivery status depends on product inventory, please pay attention to phone/email notifications
  4. When customers receive goods, they may need to verify the recipient's information before picking up the package.

Return process :

Customers are requested to clearly take a photo of the defective part of the product, along with the order number and product number, and email it to HK Gold-mark Customer Service Department ( Contact@hk-goldmark.com to apply for return, and state "HK Goldmark Return" in the subject of the email to ensure a smooth return process. After we confirm that the return conditions are met, you will receive a reply confirmation email with a return number before you can return the item to us. After the goods are successfully returned, we will repair them or re-order quality products to customers.

Refund:
Sorry, all items are non-refundable. If you're not completely satisfied with what you received, don't worry! Please contact customer service.

Change the color, size or shipping address on the order <br>If it is a paid order, please contact the customer service representative as soon as possible. We will check whether the goods have been shipped and whether we can cancel/change the order for you.

Shipping Arrangement <br>You can mail it to our company address, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We will return the replacement goods at our expense.
