• The final charges are subject to the SF Express website and payable upon delivery.
• If the delivery address is in a remote or residential area, SF Express may charge additional surcharges to the customer. Taiwanese customers can choose SF Express home delivery for their purchased items.
Shipping fees will be paid by the customer to the courier upon doorstep collection.

Payment procedure for domestic and other international shipping fees:

• After confirming your order, we will notify you of the actual shipping cost and payment method via email. Please complete the payment within 3 working days of receiving the payment method reply, otherwise the order will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued for the order transaction. Please be aware.

[Weight Calculation Method]
SF Express charges by weight. The billing weight is calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, to determine the shipping fee.
(Volumetric weight calculation formula: Length (cm) X Width (cm) X Height (cm) ÷ 6000)

[Important Notes]

• SF Express will not accept shipments containing glass products. Customers agree to bear any losses in case of breakage.
• Before handing over items to the courier, we will ensure they are in good condition and properly packaged, especially glass or fragile items which will be protected with cushioning materials. Customers should consider the shipping risks before purchasing. In case of damage or loss during shipping, customers shall bear the loss.
• Mailing information is based on the data provided by the customer. Our store will not be responsible for any loss or return of mail due to incorrect or incomplete information. Customers bear the risk and may need to pay additional postage for re-delivery. Therefore, customers are advised to verify and confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate.

[Customer Must Bear Shipping Risks]
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the destination of receipt. All international orders are considered Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) at the destination, and product prices do not include any taxes or duties. Upon arrival of the ordered goods at the destination, you may be required to pay all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes levied by the receiving country or region to clear your ordered goods. If the receiving country levies any taxes or restricts the import of any goods, the customer shall bear such costs or risk of loss. If goods are returned due to customs inspection, no refunds will be given for paid goods. Customers are advised to understand the local customs import regulations before ordering goods.

[Mail Tracking]

• If you choose SF Express to deliver your purchased items, we will update the tracking number in your order history after shipment, and customers can use the number to track the status of their mail.
• If you choose Hong Kong Post to deliver your purchased items, the mail tracking number will be provided based on the service requirements chosen by the customer.
