Payment method
HK Goldmark accepts payments via bank transfer or credit card. Customers must pay the full amount to successfully place an order. The specific methods are as follows:
Bank Transfer
- Customers can deposit the total amount of their order into HK Goldmark's bank account via bank counter, ATM, or online banking. The company will clearly provide the bank account number.
- After completing the payment, please indicate your name and order number on the deposit slip and email it to admin@hk-goldmark.com. We accept the following bank payment slips. Please ensure that our bank account number is clearly displayed on the slip you provide:
- ATM deposit slips
- Electronic documents of online bank transfer slips
- Bank counter deposit slips
- Any related handling fees or administrative fees charged by the bank will be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving the customer's deposit slip information, we will verify it with the bank. Once payment is confirmed, delivery will be arranged.
- If payment cannot be confirmed within three working days after placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
Credit Card Payment
The credit card payment function on the HK Goldmark website is still under testing and is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
